The Central Minnesota Council on Aging administers the Federal Title III Older Americans Act funds in our area, by determining needs and trends. Contracts are awarded to local community providers that include a comprehensive and coordinated system of care for older people and their caregivers.

Those receiving funds may include:
• Congregate dining
• Home delivered meals
• Respite for caregivers
• Transportation
• In-home and other supportive services to help older adults remain in their own homes.
